Another pernambucano artist that the world doesn’t know

Ciclotron Irajá I Photo: Antonio Nelson

By Antonio Nelson  I Translated by Angelica Criss

I am in the home of the artist Cyclotron Irajá – Cyclops Urban – in Olinda, Pernambuco (PE), Brazil. Cyclotron know from adolescent, his art is based on the perspective of sacred geometry by symmetry applied in photography.

Surfer, psychologist and photographer, his toil is an invitation for us to be awake to the collective unconscious and their cosmology. Cyclotron refers in his art an optical consciousness manipulation and creation of urban spaces, where it reaches a photographic plasticity.

His works have an aesthetic concept visionary approaching parallel universes arising from their imagination, that is, how many universes is the reality? “It is all a set of mirrors that is the cinematic drama,” asserted Cyclotron.

Cyclotron has granted an interview to the blog Texts Winds, journalist, Master of Social History, History researcher at the Media and blogger Zeca Peixoto (http://migre.me/qSZll). It is also on the journalist Luis Nassif site in Journal GGN (http://migre.me/qSZoX). And in the online journal Continent (http://migre.me/qSZv9).

I glimpse his works in the world, with exhibitions at the Modern Art Museum of Bahia. Recife City museum, the Musée du Louvre, where The New York Times, Le Monde.fr, El País, SPIEGEL ONLINE and other media outlets use their digital platforms to reverberate your sanity and caring !!! Revel in the craftsman!
